WHO we are: The Barton Agency is a private investigating company founded in 1974 to serve the needs of corporations, attorneys, insurance companies, and individuals. In 1998, we purchased New England Investigative Services which increased our staff, resources, and abilities. Located in Vermont, we provide services throughout the country via a network of associated investigators,- each licensed and bonded. WHAT we do: The Barton Agency conducts investigations using a professionally trained staff and up-to-date equipment. Areas of specialization include witness location and statements, conducting surveillance for many reasons, obtaining information and photographs for identification purposes, and workers compensation documentation. Pre-employment searches are conducted to verify the accuracy of statements made on job applications and identify criminal activity not previously reported. |
Security consultation and facility security audits are performed. Our employees work with safety and management personnel to identify problems and implement improvements in the systems needed to secure a workplace and protect property and employees. |
